Yvonne manages a wide variety of day-to-day tasks including answering phones, updating account information, and scheduling appointments. Yvonne can assist you with many of the common questions and requests you may have regarding your accounts.

Before joining the team in May 2021, she worked for a prominent health insurance company for over 20 years and worked in customer service for 13 years prior to that.

Yvonne enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible. She loves crafting, Taco Bell, and all types of sports from baseball to football. Her particular skill when it comes to woodworking and various projects the team comes up with have made her a incredible addition to our creative side.
